our story

in the summer of 2025, emily stones wandered into ulu wellness, where she and breah quickly became kindred spirits. between river days, yoga classes, and slow coffee shop conversations, a shared vision began to take shape—the beginning of what would become be retreats.

for emily and breah, this work had been forming in their hearts long before they had words for it. as they shared their hopes and ideas, it became clear their paths had crossed with intention. they found deep alignment in their desire to create spaces where women can arrive exactly as they are—without expectation, obligation, or performance.

surrounded by friends, both new and familiar, they spent sun-warmed days floating the snake and salmon rivers, dreaming about what might be possible. what started as simple conversations slowly became gentle plans—little by little, then all at once. while emily and breah bring different backgrounds and experiences, they are united by a shared devotion to supporting women and creating spaces where rest, connection, and presence come first.

this one’s for the women—and we’re so grateful you’re here.

b & e

we want you to feel nourished, held, and deeply at ease.

we want you to feel unhurried and unburdened.

we want you to feel like you — not the version that’s there for everyone else, but the one you may not always slow down long enough to meet.

  • i am a traveler, river-lover, dog mom, passionate community builder, and licensed massage therapist based in bozeman, montana. when i’m not at my massage table or planning a be retreat with emily, you can find me rafting one of the many stunning rivers of the west, cooking with friends, hiking with my dog, or kicking back with my partner, will.

originally from redding, california, i eventually found my home in bozeman by way of costa rica — which is also where i met will while working at a yoga & surf hostel. currently working on my 200 yoga teacher training and loving the work of building retreats with emily.

  • if i asked someone to describe me they might say grounded, adventurous, light. a soft yet felt presence. and, if i paid them, maybe they'd say funny.

i am a hatha vinyasa yoga teacher (ytt 200), budding community herbalist, masters student in clinical mental health counseling and working a corporate girly gig to keep it all flowing.

i love recognizing the in-between, the tiny moments of life. soft spot for animals, writing, being outside, advocacy, the perfect chai latte, vibey coffee shops, and creating room for women to take up space.
